Plot

Mili is a gripping survival thriller centered on Mili Naudiyal (Janhvi Kapoor), a cheerful and ambitious young woman from Dehradun who dreams of a better life. Living with her loving and protective father, Niranjan Naudiyal (Manoj Pahwa), Mili juggles her nursing studies and a part-time job at a fast-food restaurant. She also shares a budding romance with Sameer (Sunny Kaushal), whose carefree attitude often clashes with her disciplined lifestyle. One fateful night, Mili’s life takes a terrifying turn when she gets accidentally locked inside the restaurant's walk-in freezer after her shift. Trapped in the freezing chamber with no way out and temperatures plummeting dangerously low, Mili must use every ounce of her wit and resilience to survive. Battling hypothermia and diminishing hope, she ingeniously utilizes whatever limited resources she can find to stay alive. As hours pass, her absence alarms her father and boyfriend, who frantically search for her. The film interweaves their desperate efforts with Mili’s harrowing struggle for survival.
