Plot

Gaslight is a gripping mystery-thriller that revolves around Meesha (Sara Ali Khan), a young woman who returns to her royal family estate after many years, only to find her father mysteriously missing. Confined to a wheelchair, Meesha grows increasingly concerned when she’s unable to locate her father and notices strange occurrences within the palatial house. The only people around are her stepmother, Rukmini (Chitrangada Singh), and a trusted estate manager, Kapil (Vikrant Massey), both of whom offer vague explanations for her father's absence. As Meesha digs deeper into the mystery, she starts experiencing eerie events that make her question her own sanity. The house’s sinister atmosphere and her stepmother's suspicious behavior lead her to believe that something is being hidden from her. Kapil becomes her ally, helping her uncover secrets about the estate and her father’s sudden disappearance. As the tension builds, hidden motives and family secrets begin to surface, leading to shocking revelations about who can be trusted.
