Vaibhav Raj Gupta, born on January 19, 1991, in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, is a prominent Indian actor known for his work in theatre, television, and film. From an early age, Vaibhav displayed a keen interest in the arts, influenced by his artistic family background. His grandfather was a renowned painter in Sitapur, which inspired Vaibhav to pursue a career in acting despite his father's wishes for him to become a Chartered Accountant.

In 2007, Vaibhav began his career in modeling after participating in the Mr. Sitapur competition. He later moved to Mumbai, where he joined a theatre group and participated in various plays, honing his acting skills. His dedication to theatre for over seven years laid a strong foundation for his acting career.

Vaibhav's film debut came with the short film "Sirf Khuli Khidki" in 2013, followed by a series of short films and theatre productions. His breakthrough role was in the web series "Gullak" (2019), where he portrayed Anand Mishra, earning widespread acclaim and a Filmfare OTT Award in 2021 for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. He also starred in other notable projects like "Inside Edge" (2017), "Life Sahi Hai" (2018), and the film "Ascharyachakit!" (2018).

In addition to his acting career, Vaibhav co-founded Aabobo, a community for indie filmmakers. His contributions to the industry reflect his passion for storytelling and the arts.
