Taraka Ratna Nandamuri was born on February 22, 1983, in Hyderabad, India. He was married to Alekhya Reddy, a costume designer, on August 2, 2012. The couple had one daughter named Nishika. Tragically, Taraka Ratna passed away on February 18, 2023, just days before his 40th birthday, due to a cardiac arrest.

Taraka Ratna Ramarao Nandamuri was a prominent Indian actor known for his work in Telugu cinema. He was a member of the influential Nandamuri family, being the grandson of legendary actor and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.T. Rama Rao. Taraka Ratna made his film debut in 2002 with "Okato Number Kurraadu," where he showcased his talent as a lead actor. Throughout his career, he starred in several notable films, including "Taarak," "Badradri Ramudu," and "Amaravathi," for which he received a Nandi Award for Best Villain. Apart from films, he ventured into politics, supporting the Telugu Desam Party. His unexpected death at the age of 39 left a significant impact on his fans and the film industry.
