Sofia Hayat is an English singer, actress, and television personality, born on December 6, 1974, in Gravesend, Kent, England. She has Pakistani and Indian heritage and pursued a degree in performing arts from the University of Brighton. Hayat gained fame for her participation in the Indian reality show Bigg Boss 7 in 2013. She has authored an autobiography titled "Dishonoured," detailing her escape from an arranged marriage and her struggles with her conservative family. In April 2017, she married Romanian Vlad Stanescu, but their relationship ended in separation after a year due to allegations of deceit. Currently, she is in a relationship with a Mexican businessman. Hayat has also embraced spirituality and briefly served as a nun under the name Gaia Sofia Mother.
