Shiv Pandit, born on June 21, 1984, in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, is an accomplished Indian actor, model, emcee, radio jockey, and television host. He completed his education at The Doon School in Dehradun and graduated from Hindu College, University of Delhi. Before entering the film industry, he worked as a radio jockey for two years. He gained fame for his role as Dushyant Sahu in the critically acclaimed film Shaitan (2011), which earned him nominations for several awards. Shiv is also known for his lead role as Chief Inspector Hanuman Prasad Pandey in the popular sitcom FIR. He is married to Ameira Punvani, a fashion costume designer, since May 10, 2018. Shiv has two siblings: Gayatri Pandit, an assistant director, and Arjun Pandit, a former sports anchor.
