Sheetal Menon is an Indian actress and model, hailing from Kerala and Mangalore. She is trained in classical dance forms, specifically Bharatanatyam and Odissi, under renowned gurus. Menon began her career in the modeling industry, gaining recognition as a Kingfisher model in 2005 and 2008. She later pursued acting, enrolling in Anupam Kher's acting school, Actor Prepares, during her final year of college.

Menon's film debut was in Bhram – An Illusion (2008), where she played the role of Antara Tyagi.
