Rishabh Pandey was born on 15 September 1990. He is from a middle class family in Payagpur Rural, Uttar Pradesh. Pandey's father Mr. Umesh Chandra Pandey works in the Uttar Pradesh Police and his mother is a teacher. He has two sisters and is the youngest child.

Pandey received his early education in a government school in rural Uttar Pradesh. After his father's transfer to Lucknow, he attended Police Modern School for high school and Kendriya Vidyalaya in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow for intermediate studies.

Pandey is inspired by the thoughts and leadership of Lal Bahadur Shastri. He aspires to become a great political leader and serve the country and society. Pandey wants to bring positive changes to India's education system and bridge the gap between urban and rural areas through agricultural development.
