Asha Kelunni, known by her stage name Revathi, was born on July 8, 1966, in Kochi, Kerala. She is the daughter of Malank Kelunni Nair, a major in the Indian Army, and Lalitha Kelunni. Revathi is a renowned Indian actress and director, celebrated for her work in Tamil and Malayalam cinema, as well as in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada films. She was previously married to Suresh Chandra Menon from 1988 until their divorce in 2004.
