She began her acting career with the television soap opera "Qurbaan Hua" (2020–2021), where she played the role of Chahat Baig Bhatt Dhyani. Pratibha gained significant recognition for her leading role as Pushpa Rani in the comedy-drama film "Laapataa Ladies" (2024), a performance that earned her the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year – Female.
