Prem Khan, originally named Washim Rahman, was born on May 31, 1996, in Dhubri, Assam, India.He is the son of Habibar Rahman, a teacher, and Helena Yasmin, and has a brother and a sister.

 At the age of 17, driven by a passion for acting, he moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

 Prem is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, and Assamese.
