Nusrat Imrose Tisha was born on February 20, 1982 in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. She is married to filmmaker Mostofa Sarwar Farooki since July 16, 2010. The couple has a daughter named Ilham Nusrat Farooki, born on January 5, 2022.

Nusrat Imrose Tisha, known mononymously as Tisha, is a Bangladeshi actress, model and producer who has appeared mainly in Bengali television and films. She gained popularity with her performances on both television and the silver screen. 

Tisha started learning music at the age of five and participated in the singing reality show 'Notun Kuri' in 1993, where she got second place. Two years later, she won the same show. She made her acting debut in 1998 through the television drama 'Shat Prohorer Kabbo'.

Tisha has appeared in over a hundred television dramas as of 2020. She made her film debut in 2009 with the Bengali drama 'Third Person Singular Number', for which she received a Meril-Prothom Alo Award nomination for Best Film Actress and won the Critics Choice Award for Best Film Actress.
