She began her career in the entertainment industry with her debut in the television series "Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahaan" in 2004, portraying the character Khushi Mehra. Neetha gained significant recognition for her role as Gauri in the popular series "Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann" in 2006 and as Dr. Archita in "Kahiin To Hoga."
