Mukesh Kumar Singh is an accomplished Indian film director who has made significant contributions to the television and movie industries. He holds a postgraduate degree in Dramatic Arts with first class honors and is qualified as a Drama Lecturer. Singh has directed numerous plays for All India Radio, IPTA, and the Song and Drama Division of India. He is an experienced director in Indian television, having helmed shows across various genres. In recent times, he has primarily directed historical and mythological shows, including the record-breaking 267-episode series "Mahabharat" for Star Plus, which was branded as a 100 crore TV show. Singh has also directed other popular shows like "Mere Sai," "Chandra Nandini," "Raziya Sultan," "Hanuman," "Bandhan," "Meera," "Ramayan," "Bhagya Vidhata," and "Dwarkadheesh," many of which have been nominated for and won awards. In addition to his directorial work, Singh has written a movie tentatively titled "Ru-ba-Ru." He co-founded Curry Western Productions with his Swiss partner Kamal Musale, where they have produced experimental films like "Mumbai Bird" and the English movie "The Hermit." Singh's ultimate vision is to tell great humanitarian stories that can appeal to a wide audience[1].
