Mohanlal Viswanathan, born on May 21, 1960, in Elanthoor, Pathanamthitta district, Kerala, is a celebrated Indian actor, film producer, playback singer, and director. He is widely recognized for his work in the Malayalam film industry but has also appeared in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada films. Mohanlal is married to Suchitra Mohanlal since April 28, 1988, and they have two children: Vismaya and Pranav. His contributions to cinema have earned him numerous accolades, including the Padma Shri in 2001 and the Padma Bhushan in 2019.
