Jaaved Jaaferi, born Syed Jaaved Ahmed Jaffrey on December 4, 1963, in Malliwala, India, is a prominent Indian actor, dancer, and comedian. He is the son of legendary comedian Jagdeep and has made significant contributions to Hindi cinema and television. Jaaferi began his career with the film "Meri Jung" in 1985, where he showcased his talent for portraying both comedic and villainous roles. He gained fame as a host on various television shows, including the popular dance competition "Boogie Woogie," which he co-founded. His unique style and easily recognizable voice have made him a beloved figure in Indian entertainment. Jaaferi was previously married to actress Zeba Bakhtiar from 1989 to 1990 and is currently married to Habiba Jaffrey, with whom he has three children, including actor Meezaan Jaffri.
