He began his career as a child actor in 1981 and gained prominence for his performances in various films. Harish married Sangeeta Chugh on April 5, 1995, and they have two sons. Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous legendary actors including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, and Chiranjeevi. His notable achievements include winning the Nandi Award for Best Child Actor for "Andhra Kesari" in 1983 and a Special Jury Award for "Oho Naa Pellanta" in 1996. Harish is often remembered for his roles in films like "Prem Qaidi," where he starred alongside Karisma Kapoor, establishing his image as a romantic lead.
