Gurmeet Choudhary, born on February 22, 1984, in Bhagalpur, Bihar, is a prominent Indian actor and martial artist. He gained fame for his role as Lord Rama in the television series "Ramayan" (2008-2009) and has since starred in various popular TV shows, including "Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi" and "Punar Vivaah - Zindagi Milegi Dobara." Gurmeet is also a trained dancer, having received training from Shiamak Davar's dance academy. He married actress Debina Bonnerjee on February 15, 2011, after a secret marriage in 2006. The couple has two daughters, born in April 2022 and November 2022. Gurmeet has participated and excelled in several reality shows, winning "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5" and finishing as a runner-up in "Nach Baliye 6" and "Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 5."
