Evelyn Lakshmi Sharma, born on July 12, 1986, in Frankfurt, Germany, is a German actress and model known for her work in Indian cinema. She was born to an Indian Punjabi Hindu father and a German mother. In October 2019, Evelyn became engaged to Indo-Australian dental surgeon and entrepreneur Tushaan Bhindi. The couple married on May 15, 2021, in Brisbane, Australia, and welcomed their first child, a daughter named Ava Rania Bhindi, in November 2021. 

In addition to her acting career, Evelyn is a philanthropist and wellness advocate. She founded the charity organization "Seams For Dreams" in 2015, aiming to provide clothing to those in need. Evelyn is multilingual, fluent in eight languages, including English, Hindi, French, Dutch, Spanish, Thai, Russian, and Tagalog.
