He hails from a middle-class orthodox Muslim family with roots in Karnataka. Emiway's journey into music began during his teenage years when he was inspired by the works of Eminem and Lil Wayne. He initially struggled academically but shifted his focus to rap music after failing his 12th standard exams. Standing at a height of 5 feet 7 inches, Emiway is known for his energetic performances and relatable lyrics. As of now, he remains unmarried and has not publicly disclosed any romantic relationships.
Emiway gained significant recognition for his song "Asli Hip Hop," featured in the critically acclaimed film "Gully Boy" (2019).
