Azmeri Haque Badhon was born on 28 October 1983. She is currently single and has one child, Mishael Amani Sayera, for whom she received guardianship in 2018.Azmeri Haque Badhon is a prominent Bangladeshi actress known for her impactful performances in both Bangladeshi and Bollywood cinema. She gained recognition after finishing as the second runner-up in the Lux Channel I Superstar competition in 2006. Badhon made her film debut in 2010 with Nijhum Oronney, showcasing her talent alongside notable actors. Her career took a significant turn with her lead role in Rehana Maryam Noor (2021), which was the first Bangladeshi film selected for the "Un Certain Regard" section at the Cannes Film Festival. For this role, she received multiple accolades, including the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actress. In addition to her film work, Badhon is active in television dramas and made her Bollywood debut in Khufiya (2023). Beyond acting, she is a registered dentist and advocates for women's rights and mental health, participating in various social activism initiatives.
