Ashika Ranganath was born on August 5, 1996.

Ashika Ranganath is an Indian actress who primarily appears in Kannada films. She made her acting debut in 2016 with the Kannada film Crazy Boy. Ashika has received a SIIMA Award nomination for Best Actress – Kannada for her performances in Raambo 2, Raymo, and Madhagaja, winning for the latter. Born in Tumakuru district to a Kannada speaking couple, Ashika studied in Bishop Sargant School and later moved to Bengaluru for pre-university and college. In addition to acting, she is trained in various dance forms including freestyle, belly, and western. Ashika's career began after being selected by Crazy Boy director Mahesh Babu during a Clean and Clear Fresh Face Bangalore contest, where she was the runner-up of Miss Fresh Face 2014.
