Arjun Mathur, born on October 18, 1981, in London, England, is a British-Indian actor known for his impactful performances in Hindi films and web series. He grew up in New Delhi and Mumbai, where he completed his education at various schools, including St. Columbas School and St. Mary's School. After training at Barry John's Institute in New Delhi and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York, he began his career as an assistant director on notable films like "Bunty Aur Babli" and "Rang De Basanti." Mathur gained recognition through short films directed by Mira Nair and Farhan Akhtar. His breakthrough came with roles in mainstream films such as "Luck By Chance" and "My Name Is Khan." He is best known for his portrayal of a gay man in the acclaimed Amazon series "Made In Heaven," which earned him an International Emmy nomination. Mathur was previously married to Simrit Malhi from 2010 to 2012 and is currently married to Tiya Tejpal.
