Anjali Jathar is an Indian actress and model, born in Mumbai on January 10, 1975. She gained initial fame through a Liril soap advertisement in 1991, which established her as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. Jathar made her Bollywood debut in 1994 with the film *Madhosh*. Over the next four years, she appeared in several films, including *Aazmayish*, *Gundaraj*, and *Trimurti*, where she starred alongside notable actors such as Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn. Despite her success, she decided to leave the film industry after her last movie, *Khote Sikkey*, was released in 1998. Anjali married Kaushik Paul, and they have a son named Riaan. After moving to the United States, she settled in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she runs the "Anjali Jathar Bollywood Dance Academy," allowing her to share her passion for dance with others.
