Anjali Jathar is an Indian actress and model, born on June 16, 1986, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She gained initial recognition through a Liril soap advertisement in 1991 before making her Bollywood debut in 1994 with the film Madhosh. Over the next few years, she appeared in several notable films, including Aazmayish, Gundaraj, and Trimurti in 1995, followed by Shastra, Vishwasghaat, and Bhishma in 1996. Her last film, Khote Sikkey, was released in 1998. 

After her acting career, Jathar married Kaushik Paul and initially settled in San Francisco, later moving to Raleigh, North Carolina. There, she established the "Anjali Jathar Bollywood Dance Academy" and has since focused on her family and dance career. Jathar has one son, Riaan, and her diverse background includes Maharashtrian and Persian heritage, while her husband is Bengali.
