Amitoj Mann is an Indian actor, director, author, and screenwriter known for his contributions to Punjabi and Hindi cinema. He is the son of Babu Singh Maan, a renowned poet and lyricist in Punjab. Mann began his career in the arts by working with Nadira Babbar's theatre group "EKJUT," where he participated in numerous stage plays, honing his skills as an actor, director, and writer. In 1992, he was signed by legendary actor Dilip Kumar for the lead role in the film "Kalinga" opposite Meenakshi Seshadri; however, the film was not released due to unforeseen circumstances. Undeterred, Mann transitioned to directing, creating over 20 music video albums and earning accolades for his work.
