Akhilendra Mishra is an Indian film and television actor, renowned for his versatile performances in various genres. He was born on March 28, 1962, in Siwan, Bihar, India. He completed his education at Rajendra College in Chapra, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Honours). Although he initially aspired to be an engineer, his passion for acting led him to participate in theatre from a young age. He became widely recognized for his role as Kroor Singh in the 1990s Doordarshan series "Chandrakanta," which established him as a household name. Mishra has also appeared in notable films such as "Sarfarosh" (1999) as Mirchi Seth and "Lagaan" (2001) as Arjan. His television credits include playing Ravana in the 2008 adaptation of the Ramayana and Maharaj Bali in "Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev." He remains active in the industry, contributing to both film and television projects.
